We use the following service providers (sub-processors) to run this website and deliver the consultation:

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and, where applicable, as a processor acting on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International data transfers

Calendly, Stripe, and Netlify may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

This website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly booking widget may set cookies necessary for the scheduling and payment flow to work; these are governed by Calendly's own cookie and privacy policies.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Cyprus law (generally up to six years), and enquiry/contact data only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim or obligation.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you can complain to Cyprus's supervisory authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the data protection authority in your own EU country of residence.
