1. Who is the data controller

Savvas Hadjiminas, trading as Intelligence Strategist [insert registered company name and Cyprus registration number here, if applicable], Limassol, Cyprus, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: savvas@intelligencestrategist.com.

2. What personal data we collect

Contact enquiries: name, email address, and any details you choose to share when you email us.
Booking details: when you book an Intelligence Consultation, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email address, and the date/time you select.
Payment details: payment for the consultation is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe provides us only with confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and limited transaction metadata.

3. Why we process your data, and on what legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and, where you book a consultation, to perform that contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To meet our accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations under Cyprus law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Where relevant, based on our legitimate interest in running and improving this website and our client relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), balanced against your rights.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers (sub-processors) to run this website and deliver the consultation:

Calendly — scheduling and booking management.
Stripe — payment processing.
Netlify — website hosting.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and, where applicable, as a processor acting on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International data transfers

Calendly, Stripe, and Netlify may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

This website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly booking widget may set cookies necessary for the scheduling and payment flow to work; these are governed by Calendly's own cookie and privacy policies.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Cyprus law (generally up to six years), and enquiry/contact data only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim or obligation.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 9. Complaints

If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you can complain to Cyprus's supervisory authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the data protection authority in your own EU country of residence.
