Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026
Note: This page is a plain-language, non-binding draft prepared for a working website. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have a Cyprus/EU-qualified lawyer review and adapt it (including the bracketed items below) before relying on it.

1. The Intelligence Consultation fee is non-refundable

The €500 fee for the Intelligence Consultation is charged in full, in advance, through our Calendly/Stripe booking system, and the booking is only confirmed once payment succeeds. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable, including where you cancel late, do not attend, or simply change your mind, except as set out below.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your confirmed consultation to another available time, free of charge, up to [24 hours — confirm your preferred cut-off] before the scheduled start time, using the reschedule link in your Calendly confirmation email. Rescheduling requests after that point, or no-shows, are treated the same as a cancellation: the fee is not refunded, but we will use reasonable efforts to offer one further reschedule at our discretion.

3. If we need to cancel

If Savvas Hadjiminas needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed consultation, you will be offered a new time at no extra cost, or a full refund of the €500 fee, whichever you prefer.

4. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers

If you are booking as a consumer (a private individual, not acting for your business or profession) and are based in the EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online services contract within 14 days, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right can be lost once the service has been fully performed, provided you expressly asked for the consultation to begin within that 14-day period and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right once the session was complete. [This section needs lawyer review: confirm whether the Calendly/Stripe booking flow captures this express request and acknowledgment, since most clients are expected to be businesses (EMI/PSP/investment firms/law firms/corporate groups) rather than consumers, but bookings from individuals or family offices may fall under consumer law.]

5. Larger engagements

Any fees for work beyond the initial consultation (a scoped engagement, milestone-based advisory work, etc.) are governed by the payment and cancellation terms in the relevant signed Engagement Letter, not by this policy.

6. Questions

If you have questions about a booking or a payment, contact savvas@intelligencestrategist.com before booking, or as soon as possible afterwards.
