By using this website or booking an Intelligence Consultation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a consultation.

3. Nature of our services

Intelligence Strategist provides strategic, corporate and regulatory intelligence advisory services: structured analysis, competitive and regulatory intelligence, due diligence support, OSINT, and related advisory work. Our services do not constitute legal advice, regulatory approval, investment advice, or a guarantee of any business, licensing, or commercial outcome. We do not undertake covert surveillance, private investigation activity requiring a licence, or any activity restricted to licensed investigators or legal professionals. Where legal, tax, or regulatory decisions are involved, clients should obtain independent advice from a qualified professional.

4. The Intelligence Consultation

The Intelligence Consultation is a fixed-fee, fixed-duration paid session booked through our online scheduling system. The fee is shown at the time of booking, is charged in full before the session is confirmed, and is prepaid and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. No consultation slot is confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Engagements beyond the consultation

Any work beyond the initial consultation (a scoped engagement, ongoing advisory work, or a specific deliverable) is only undertaken under a separately signed Engagement Letter, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, and terms specific to that engagement. These general Terms & Conditions do not, by themselves, create an obligation for us to perform any work beyond the consultation.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is available on request and is standard practice before any detailed scoping discussion or engagement.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking or engaging our services, to use this website lawfully, and not to attempt to interfere with, bypass, or misuse the booking or payment systems on this site.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, design, logos) belongs to Intelligence Strategist unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables produced under a signed Engagement Letter are governed by the intellectual property terms in that letter.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from this website or the Intelligence Consultation is limited to the fee paid for that consultation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Cyprus or EU law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence if you are a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you book a consultation or use the site.
